- Saim travels reserves the right to change or modify the above packages, as it deems necessary, without any further notice.
- Hajj Committee of India issues Haj Quota then we accept bookings. As such, we advise our guests to book their hajj packages in advance to ensure their seats.
- The quoted price of Airline ticket may be increased in case Airline impose any surcharge, which usually happens if tickets not issued on given time limit. The price may be increased if government imposes any charges pertaining to your travel.
- Package date can be change any time 1 or 2 days.

- We will not be responsible for any Delay, Rejection or Mistake in Umrah Visa from Saudi Ambassy.
- NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure.
- 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure.
